Quality Assurance

Bad oil kills machines. We kill bad oil.

A single batch of contaminated or poorly refined oil destroys fuel injectors, ruins industrial boilers and halts production lines. It costs millions. We stop downtime before it starts.

Three-Stage Protocol

Three gates. None optional.

Every product that leaves our facility has passed a gauntlet designed to eliminate inconsistency at every step — not to detect it afterwards.

01 1

The Gate

Every incoming raw hydrocarbon batch is stripped down and tested for purity, moisture and contaminant load. Sub-par raw material is rejected at the weighbridge — it never enters the plant, and it never becomes your problem downstream.

02 2

The Process

Real-time chemical tracking, exact temperature control and clay-catalyst refinement monitor the oil continuously through processing. Deviations are corrected in-process, not explained afterwards in an email.

03 3

The Verdict

No truck leaves the Umm Al Quwain yard without a verified, stamped Certificate of Analysis. You receive exactly what you specified — down to the last parameter. Every single time.

In-House Laboratory

What we test before you load

Core parameters verified on every batch. Additional testing is run to buyer requirement and reported on the Certificate of Analysis.

Density & Specific GravityMeasured at 15 °C — the first indicator of a mis-blend or dilution.
Kinematic ViscosityVerified at 40 °C or 50 °C depending on grade, against the contracted target.
Flash PointClosed-cup verification — the safety parameter no buyer should take on trust.
Water & SedimentMoisture and particulate load controlled before the batch is released.
Sulphur ContentReported per batch and blended down to buyer limits where specified.
Colour & AppearanceVisual and instrument checks on solvents, white oils and aromatic grades.

The Paper Trail

The CoA is not a formality.

Most suppliers in this market treat the Certificate of Analysis as paperwork chased after delivery. We treat it as the release authority. No CoA, no dispatch.

Each certificate carries the batch reference, the tested parameters against the contracted targets, the test date and the authorising signature. It travels with the consignment — so your goods-inward team can verify the load before it is discharged into your tank, not after.

  • Batch traceable — every certificate ties back to a specific production batch and test record.
  • Against contract — results reported against your agreed targets, not a generic house spec.
  • Ships with goods — issued at dispatch and handed over with consignment documentation.
“We don't make excuses and we don't cut corners. If your plant requires a specific flashpoint, that is exactly what will arrive at your yard.”
